Controls Wizard

I am not sure why but I have all of a sudden developed a problem with the
controls wizard in Access 2000. I can insert the control on a form, suck as
a combo box or a button, but the wizard does not work.

Can anyone assist me in fixing this problem? I removed and re-installed the
program but that didn't help.

Sorry to ask an obvious question, but is the Controls Wizard button (the one
that looks like a magic wand with stars flying off it) depressed in the tool
box?
