Convert Mac ppt to PC

I have created a Powerpoint presentation in Powerpoint X for Mac (G4). I need to convert it to PC for my coworker, but when I view it on her PC type has reflowed and links do not work. Is there a way to embed all of this info so a PC user can take my file and view it exactly the same as I do?

You can't embed fonts in any Mac version of PPT, so that's out.
You'll need to work out what fonts are availble on the PC and stick with the same fonts.

What specific links don't work?
