converter?

I am trying to inset an image but its saying that publisher cannot convert
file. I tried to setup publisher again but to no avail. Will someone help me
please as I am getting frustrated.
p.s. This happened after I upgraded windows.

The folks here will need a bit more information in order to help you out.
What is your Windows Version? Is it fully updated? What version of Publisher
are your using. What type of a file are your trying to insert, i.e., file
extension (.jpg, .gif, etc.)
