converting to a pdf file

Is it possible to download a previous version of
Powerpoint that allows you to convert directly to an
adobe pdf file?

My previous version allowed this, the latest doesn't.

It's not a part of PowerPoint. It has to do with whether you have Adobe Acrobat
or some other PDF creating software installed. See:
