Is there a way I can make text on the publisher screen that will print out
but not show up if you try to copy it? Example: I want to give someone a
cuppon and i want CERTIFIED to appear lightly in the corner so if they try to
copy it and use it I will look and seee that it doesnt say certified.

You can print it as a watermark and/or use a very light color that doesn't
reproduce well such as yellow or light cyan. There are printing technologies
available that will also put in text that will show up if copied, but not to
the naked eye. This is frequently used for prescription pads, so that if an
Rx is copied, VOID, is prominently displayed.

In Publisher help you can find such steps for the watermark as Ron
suggested:

1. Add a text watermark that appears on every page
2. Convert a picture to a watermark

Those are popular help files. Look those up.
