Copy/Read Email files from CD

Can Email files be stored in a folder, burned to a CD, and accessed for
future reference by Outlook?

Assuming you are asking can one access a *.PST file stored on read-only
media, then the answer is no.

No because Outlook requires read/write access. the only way to do that is to
copy back to your HDD and access them from there. It /might/ work if you use
a CDRW formatted for packet writing.....

By the way, if you are opening each item and storing them to the file system
as a *.MSG file, then yes.
