Copying a chart

animating tables

I have created an org chart that I am trying to paste into another document.
However, when I paste it in the 2nd document it loses its format. How can I
copy and paste the chart as is?

Also, in the second document I have the page that the org chart is going on
separate, by inserting section breaks. If there is a better way to do this
please let me know.
