Because of illness in the family, I'm about to take an
extended trip. I have Outlook 2003 installed on both
desktop and laptop. Could you tell me specifically which
files to copy from the desktop onto a USB flashdrive so
that I have all Outlook files and addresses? And then, is
there a specific place on the laptop to which I should
copy the files? I would really, really appreciate your
help! Thank you.

I don't know if the location is file version specific, but in Outlook
2003, see menu: File/Data File Management, and it will tell you the
location of all the PST files in use. Copy those, and all should be ok
when you open up in Outlook on the laptop. (Remember to put these files
on the laptop's hard disk).

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Thank you so much for your help. I shall do as you
suggest and really appreciate your getting back to me so
quickly! Susan
