It is not so much a matter of free versus paid, the 2 programs operate quite
differently and we are not the experts to consult about Outlook Express.
Any information you get here, IF you get any information, could very well be
wrong.
Why go to a Doctor when you need a Dentist, and then blame the Doctor for
redirecting you?

|| Mail & News, and is not related to Outlook. Outlook is a component
|| of Microsoft's Office suite and costs money. Outlook Express is an
|| included component of Internet Explorer and both are free. I see you
|| are using the web interface to Microsoft newsgroups, so go look under
|| wherever you find Internet Explorer for an appropriate newsgroup for
|| Outlook Express.
