Copying Outlook data between computers

I wish to copy all my Outlook data (contacts, calendar,
tasks, email folders) from my office computer to my
laptop, how do I go about this please? TIA.

You did not say what type of information store you are using at work.
Assuming it is a local store:
The file you need to copy up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
