copying text only from table

Hi all Helpers, Is there a way of copying text from tables
and pasting it as text only into another document? Thanks

Copy the table to the clipboard - then edit > paste special > as unformatted
text.

You can use Convert Table to Text on the table menu, either before or after
copying. Or use Paste Special.
