Core file created when trying to insert a new page into navigation using Front Page 2000

I have been getting a 500 Internal Server Error indicating that the server is unable to complete my request. I first got this message when I was working online with my site and tried to import a Power Point 97 file into my web site that I maintain with Front Page 2000. Then a few days later I created a new page working online and tried to add the page to my navigation structure. I again got the "unable to complete request error" and a HUGE core file was added to my web folder. I called my web hosting service who deleted the core file, and I tried again working online. The same problem occurred and the core file reappeared. What do I do to correct the problem so that I can add new pages to my navigation structure successfully while working online. I am able to work offline and add pages to navigation with Front Page 2000.

You didn't say what type of server and server OS
your site is hosted on, but if it's on a server running
Linux/UNIX a core file is created whenever there's
an error the server can't handle.
The core file is a "server memory dump"

You might have your host *reboot* the server.
