create an A4 flyer with tel nos on the bottom

hi -how do i create an A4 page with photos on top and lots of horizontal
telephone numbers on the bottom-is there a template for this anywhere?

You can do this with a table (rotate the text in the bottom cells), but if
you have Publisher, there are templates already set up for this.
