Create distribution list

Hi...
is there a way to create distribution lists from meeting invitations?
Ideally a "To:" list from "Required" and a "CC" list from "Optional" or a
single "To" list as a second choice.

Are you attempting to do this in MS Project? It sounds to me like you
are using Outlook. If you are using Outlook, please post your question
to the Outlook newsgroup:

Hi Julie...when I logged in and saw your name I thought "Wow...you must know
everything!" I was in the outlook newsgroup searching this topic and I guess
got bounced to Project when I created the new hread...friday!
