I'm on the organizing committee for a Bluegrass Festival, and I've
volunteered to build the webpage (low budget).
While I've been building web pages for quite a few years, I've never
been very sophisticated.
So I got FP2003, and I figure this is a way to force me to learn the
software.
Anyway the web component/link bar is a nice feature in FP, but it is
limited to themes that are installed. I want to use the image of a
pick as a graphic in my link bar. Therefore I want to learn how to
create my own themes so I can incorporate the pick in the design. I've
been searching for a week now, and I can't find any approach to do
this on the web. What am I missing?
