Create New Folder question

I read in my 'Complete Reference to Outlook 2002' that when I create a folder in Outlook 2002 I am supposed to be able to put it at the same level as the existing folders. I would like to but my 'create new folder' dialogue box holds far less options than the book describes, and looks different to the screen capture they provide. Is anyone aware why my installation of Outlook holds less options than the handbook expect it to contain? What I would like to do is create another inbox to hold mail for my second email address. Is this possible, or do I have to split them one in my inbox and one in a sub-folder of the inbox?

what i would do is to right click on the inbox and a menu
should appear and then click new folder - i may be wrong
but hey just trying to help!

I figured out how to make folders at the inbox level, although it's on my wish-list for Outlook to allow more than one inbox if you have multiple accounts set up. I still don't know why my options are so limited in comparison with the manual. It's not like Outlook 2002 has seperate operating modes.
