Creating a form that users view and complete in Word

We have a weekly status report form that we are going to be asking each employee to submit. It is all typed in Word but we want them to only submit their answers and not fiddle with the questions. I guess it would be somewhat like using macros, which i have no idea how to do....Do you have a simple step by step answer for this? I am willing to email you the document if you would like to see what i am exactly doing......please help soon

Susie,

No macro required. What you need is called a protected or online form.
They can be as simple or as complicated (with macros) as you like. For a

Another alternative is a userform. See:

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
