Hi!

I am trying to create some html code using Word 2007. Can anyone help me
please?

Im having trouble finding a way to generate html for a document thats been
created and formatted in Word 2007.

It used to be really easy to do it in my previous version of Word but now
the layout has all changed and I cant get it to view as a webpage in explorer
or find a command to view source???

If anyone can help that would be brilliant thanks!

Hi, girlfunky,

I use the big Office button in the upper left | Save As | Other Formats |
then select HTML from "Save as Type". You can add "Save as Web Page or "Save
as HTML" to your Quick Access Toolbar to make it easier. Post back if you
need help doing that.

Just worked it out - always the way isnt it!!!

Thanks for the reply Mezzodiva :)

If anyone else wants to know how to get the code follow the directions that
mezzodiva listed then open "my documents" and the .html file, you can then
right click and select "View Source" which should open as a new .txt file in
notepad - that generates the html code that can be cut n pasted into whatever
program you need the code for :)
