How do I flip/rotate text (for back side of a 4-fold greeting card), without
having to use WordArt?

Change from portrait to landscape mode. Put your text in text boxes and turn
them ninety degrees along with any graphics.

Although this will work, you'd be much better off using Publisher, Print
Shop Deluxe, PrintMaster, Greeting Card Maker (?), or any other application
more suited to or designed for this task.
