cursor not blinking

Currently installed Publisher 2002 and have been using
other versions of Publisher for several years. On this
computer the cursor will not blink when typing in a text
box. This has been an ongoing problem with Publisher in
this computer. It does not happen when I use the same
version of Publisher in another computer at work.
Because the cursor does not blink, I am unable to use the
arrow keys to move the cursor up, down, left or right. I
must always use the mouse.
I have even had to reload the Windows operating system
previously, but this did not help with this problem.
Can you help me?

Tony,

Publisher does not control the cursor. I would look at
trying to see if the cursor will blink if you restart
your computer in safe mode.

You also didn't mention whether or not the cursor blinks
in any other applications. Please follow up on this as
well.
