Custom Animation

Please can you advise me if it is possilble to have test fly in and Bold at
the same time. I also would like to that it unbold when I finish speak about
the topic

Yes it is possible

With your bullet points apply the fly in animation - on click
Now select again and apply emphasis bold reveal, in timing tab set "with
previous" and duration "until next click"
Now expand the entrys for both by clicking the little double down arrows and
drag the order so that it is

Line One fly inon click
Line 1 bold with previous
Line 2 fly in
Line 2 bold .... etc
