I am running Access 2003. I have created a report that lists all the support
tickets resolved by Agent. In the data, I have each agents email address. I
would like to send out emails to each agent with data tailored to the
specific tickets they resolved.
I prefer to build this as a function in the report that I can assign to the
on open even.
I have been working with this based on a response in 2006 using DAO. I am
not sure DAO is even still available in 2003. In addition, I have not been
able to figure out how to send the email address over to Outlook.
