Customize Outlook today

Hey everyone,

I have a user who tried to customize her outlook
appearance and when she clicked on the "Customize Outlook
Today" button, there was nothing happening. We have
tried to reinstall outlook and it doesn't seem to fix the
problem. Any ideas? Help is greatly appreciated.
