Customized tags should be synced as well

I use OneNote between my laptop and desktop, synchronized on a Windows share.
That functionality works great.

My only request at this point is to provide some mechanism for syncing the
customized tags. I highly customized my tags for my job function but to my
chagrin, when I moved to my other PC I found them missing.

This IMO is a valid point.
