Cut and paste from Word to PP and autosizing

How can I autofit a cut from Word, that's pasted into a slide? I have to do
3 dozen slides weekly and every paste onto a slide is outside the margins.
There must be a way to cut and paste without having to resize for EACH bloody
slide.

Without knowing what your pasting and how it is formatted, and how your
pasting it is kinda hard to offer a satisfactory solution. for example if
your Word material is in the outline format like para, sub para, you can use
the send to PowerPoint and the formatting is looked after.

BTW, don't get your knickers in a knot everyone here is a volunteer, and
just trying to help each other out.

Within Word, have you tried File/Send to/PowerPoint?
