cut and paste text

Hi,

How do I keep the text color as the same the one that I set up when I paste
text that have different format. Can I just set up one time and it will apply
every time that I past text.

Assuming that you're using PPT 2002 or 2003, you can use the paste options
button that shows up when you paste your text. Select "keep formatting,"
"use design template formatting," or "keep text only," whichever meets your
needs.

You cannot set the default behavior of the paste option, though.
