Database Submission Page

I have tried setting up a database connection page on a
web site and all the forms come up but I am unable to
submit data to the database. I have verified the
connection and if I go directly to the database wizzard
access database I can open it in Access and enter datat
that will display in the results or database edit pages.
But it will still not let me enter over the web in the
submission or data entry form. Any help would be
appreciated... I do not get any error just no data going
into the database. Got the green check on verify so I am
lost at this point.
