Date Format

I want to know how to set up Word so that when I enter a date in the format
of 092004 (MMddyy) and hit Enter, it would automatically get displayed as
September 20, 2004.

Is this in general typing within Word, or are you using a
protected form with formfields?

If it is for general typing purposes, then you would need
to execute a macro to expand it. Maybe someone else out
there has an idea, but I don't believe there are any
settings you can tweak.
