Decline employment offer

I need a template for a letter to a candidate who rejected an offer of
employment. He did not state why and I need to ask him.
I am using Microsoft XP

Good grief! Use your imagination! If you need a template to compose a
letter like this, then perhaps you already HAVE the answer as to why he
declined the offer!
