Default Attachment Folder

How do I set the default attachment folder? I'm running
XP Pro with Outlook 2000, and I've tried setting
the "Personal" folder in the registry, but the change
didn't take. Anyone know what I'm overlooking? TIA.

Outlook doesn't support using special folders. You can add a place to the places bar - http://www.poremsky.com/places_bar.htm
