Delete Tables with a UnChecked Check Box

I have a word document that I've pasted directly from a website. I'd like to
format this document so that it deletes all tables that contain a Check Box
that is unchecked, while keeping the tables that containt Check Boxes that
are checked.

is this possible? Thanks very much.

Possibly. Depends on what these checkboxes are / how they can be identified.

If you press Alt+F9 to reveal the field codes, do you get any codes for the
checkboxes?

If not, if you click one, do little boxes appear around it (like for a picture)?
If yes, are these black or white?
