Deleting links in Table of Contents

I want to copy and paste the table of contents from a
large document into a stand-alone document that only has
the table of contents from the larger document. How can I
delete the links in the new document so the page numbers
remain after I save and close the new document?

Better is to insert the TOC as formatted text (as a field) and then
immediately unlink it using Ctrl+Shift+F9.
