Desktop color

Using P2003, I changed my display resolution from 800x400 to a higher
one, and my screen colors changed, both on my Windows desktop and my
Publisher desktop. I can't remember, and couldn't find it in Help, how
do I change my desktop within Pub to be something other than white?
