Detailed Task Assignments on "Who Does What When" Report

Hi, I am trying to get the detailed list of tasks per resource when I run the
"Who Does What When" report. I have checked off the "And Task Assignments
Box" and I still don't get the details, only a list of Resources and their
totals. I also tried using the Resource Usage report and again I'm only
getting the summary.

Any suggestions as to what's wrong?
Thanks for your help.

sherain,
I don't know - I can't replicate your problem. What version of Project
are you using? What filter is applied for the "Who does what when"
report? Do you see assignment details when you look at the Resource
Usage view (not the report but the view)?

Hi Sherain,

Both the Resource Usage Report and the Who Does What When report pull
data from the Resource Usage view. If the assignments are hidden in the
Resource Usage view, the assignments do not print in the reports.

To fix:
Go to the Resource Usage view (not report). Click in the Resource Name
column heading and click the Show Assignments button (the plus and minus
mark with the head) to show all resource assignments. The reports
should now work properly.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Many thanks. It works. I had all my resources rolled up in the Resource View.
