Disable pop up for Name formatting

Hello

Can anybody suggest me on how to Disable pop up for Name
formatting in Registry during Editing/Creating Contact Records.
Also Suggest on How to Disable pop up for Address entries.

To what Outlook version are you referring? To what "pop up" are you
referring?
