disabling the language bar

Everytime the language shows in the task bar. I right click on the taskbar go
to toolbars and click on language bar to get rid of it. Everytime i start the
computer the kanguage bar is back on the toolbar again. How do you disable
the language bar?

There is a setting for this in Control Panel | Regional Options | Input
Locales: Change > Text Settings: Language Bar
