Disappearing projects

I have all of my projects in one master. The problem I had previously was my
projects would disappear one by one, yet when I tried to add it back in, it
said it was already there. Bizarre. I want to try and make sure it doesn't
happen again. In putting 70+ projects is not fun.

Karen,
So is there a question here? It sounds like you may have solved your
"previous" problem.

I want to make sure this problem doesn't happen again. So what is the issue
with the projects disappearing?

Do you have a filter applied for some reason? We have project files that are
for each Cost Account Manager listed in a Text column. In the master
project, if a filter is applied to that column, we will see the behavior you
describe... entire subprojects disappear becuase we have filterd on "Todd" so
"Julie, Rebecca, Nick" files are all hidden. We also see this behavior when
we filter on %Complete (for example all the past completed work disappears).
Same holds for dates.
