Do I want Powerpoint?

I don't have Powerpoint and have never used it. I need to let clients look
through documents & photos on my laptop. The slideshow programs I looked at
wouldn't let you look at your own pace. I need my clients to be able to
spend as much time as they want on a document, then hit a key to go to the
next one. Will PP allow that?

Yes, it will. If you want to acquaint yourself with the program you can get a
30 day trial version of Office 2003 (includes PowerPoint ) at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/trial/default.mspx. And you can then ask
questions and get help here.

You can also check out OpenOffice at http://www.openoffice.org/product/. It
has a presentation component and the price is right (free).
