WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THIS FILE IT SAY;
FILE DOESN'T HAVE A PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH IT FOR
PREFORMING THIS ACTION,
CREATE AN ASSOCIATION IN THE FOLDER OPTIONS CONTROL PANEL
WHAT DO I DO FOR THIS KIND OF NOTICE??

Hi, Eric - not sure what this has to do with Outlook, but do you have
Microsoft Word installed? Go to Windows Explorer, go to tools, folder
options, file types - you can associate doc files with Word in there....

Also - please don't type in all caps - it's considered "shouting" and is
hard to read.
