Does Office 2003 or 2007 have the shortcut bar like 2000?

Hi Mike,

The MS Office Shortcut bar (OSB) was discontinued after Office XP/2002. You can create toolbars in the Windows Task Manager,
install the older Shortcut Bar (use "as is") using a custom install of the older version of Office, or use one of the 3rd party
products available as a replacement.
