Does XP Word have the feature "flag a document for follow up"

It's a feature available in Word for Macintosh computers. It is a small red
flag that is in the Standard Tool bar. On XP I can't find the feature or
anything about it.

No, WinWord doesn't have anything like this (yet, anyway). If you have Outlook,
with Journaling enabled, you might be able to bring a document into the Journal
and tag it, somehow. If that's an option for you, try asking in an Outlook
newsgroup.
