Donation Envelope

I am looking for a template for donation envelopes that nonprofits use in
direct mail pieces and special events. Does anyone have one?

They are called remittance envelopes. 3-1/2 by 6-1/4 inches Usually with a
full flap for the donor to fill in blanks...
