Hi! I'm probably asking a silly question here, but if I don't ask I'll never
know. Is there a way of saving help files that I find in excel, word etc...,
or maybe creating a help files "favourites" folder? The reason why is that I
work across three different sites, and I am rarely at my desk. I have my
laptop with my, but quite often I find a help file article that is really
useful, but do not have my printer there.

By the time I am back at my printer (which could be a couple of days later)
the help file is no longer open, and there are times when I just can't
navigate my way back to it, having clicked on so many hyperlinks to get
there! So I have lost the useful information. Apart from copying and pasting
into Word and saving that, is there a quick way of storing the information,
or at least noting its location so that I can find it again.

I have recently been upgraded to Office 2003, and can't even find a contents
page or index for the help files any more! Is there not a reference to each
help file page somewhere that I can write down and enter later on to retrieve
and print the information afterwards?

Similarly with the forum threads here: is there a way of printing all the
threads to a particular question without having to click on each reply in
turn and manually copying and pasting?

Is there anybody out there who could save me some of the time I spend doing
this?

Many thanks in advance, Neil Goldwasser
