Drawing an arrow causes Word to quit

When trying to draw a simple arrow Word pops up the
Windows Error Reporting. It happens as soon as I click
on the arrow tool. Any idea what is causing this? It's
happened to me before but it was quite a while ago.

In Help=>About what is the build # for Word?
Is this in any document or just certain ones?
Have you cleared old temp files after a crash
(Start=>Search search for *.tmp;~$*.*
