Duplicate Personal Folder

I have a new computer and Office 2003. I copied over from my old computer
my mailbox.pst file to use. When Outlook opened it had two Personal
Folders - one at the top of the folder list and one at the bottom. I cannot
delete either as the Close folders option is greyed out. I checked on the
Microsoft site and followed the instructions for renaming one of them, and
to make sure that the email is being delivered to the correct one and then
tried again to close it - still greyed out. I read up on reconnecting my
old Outlook data file and followed the instructions - to no avail.

I then repaired Outlook, choosing to get rid of all the shortcuts and
modifications I made, and for a short time had only one Personal folder. But
as I reset the Folders list view and started to re-add my email addresses
again (the email accounts don't appear to transfer over at all) it has now
duplicated the folder again and I'm at a total loss as to why. I need to
get rid of this second Personal Folder - I have ACT! 6.0 and the email
function won't work whilst there are two Personal Folders showing up.

Can anyone advise on this please?

Thank you.

Kathie
