Duplicated Pages when published

I use FP 2000 with 'include page components'. Everything
worked great until a few days ago when I noticed the
content of my pages overlapped one each page. The header
was repeated and the content was repeated side by side.
URL is www.wisnapa.org. Is there some setting I
mistakenly changed which causes the problem?

Even after applying all of above, some users still experience the problem,
in which case having the host roll back to the FP2000 SE is the only fix
