duration error

In one summary task, the field shows #####,##### I am just learning to use
this softwear so my jargon may be off. The start and finish dates look right
for the duration total of the sub-tasks.

This is because the column width is set too narrow to display the data.

Hover the mouse pointer over the right hand border for the column header
for the duration column. Now double click to widen the column.

This indicates that there is not enough space to display the actual value
(the column is just too narrow)

Drag the column header to widen the column (or double click it)
