Durations

I have a project that originally used the standard calendar. It has a start
date of 04/24/07, an end date of 04/25/08 and a total duration of 264 days.
If I change to the 24 hour calendar the end date changes to 07/21/07, but the
duration stays at 264 days. Why doesn't the duration of each task decrease
with the change in the calendar?

Hi flipflop,

The schedule of your tasks changed because you are now working with a
calendar which allows 24 hours of work per day. However, the definition of a
"day" that is being used in the duration field is still 8 hours.
