is there any software so that i can convert .ebk files to a format to import
them back to outlook express ?
the backup email program i BOUGHT wont restore the backup.

Sure. EBK files are produced by "Email Saver Xe" (and you should know this,
since you created the EBK file), so naturally, you use the exact same
program to restore the data they contain.
