edit graphs in powerpoint

I am trying to edit a graph, when i doubleclick on it, it comes up blank,
then when I click off it and return to page, the whole thing has
disappeared!I can only retrieve it by Ctrl & Z,?????? HELP!!!!

This is not one I've run across, but you mght see if changing your hardware
acceleration helps. Head to http://www.pptfaq.com and type the words
Hardware Acceleration in the searchbox there for instructions.

Also, if you're using PPT 2003, go to Help|Check for Updates and make sure
you've installed SP2 for Office 2003.

Thanks, I tried it but with no joy - the cursor was on full in the settings
box. iI eventually imported the same slide from aprevious 'save' and it has
now been edited successfully....another blip in Microsoft perhaps!!!

Glad to hear you got it worked out, but having hardware acceleration set at
full isn't always the best thing -- so if you run into other display issues,
try moving the slider to the LEFT to decrease it and see if that helps.
